The Feature and Application

This machine by two host smash, matching wind duct, whirlwind separator, electric cabinet and water cooling system four major components. The host is composed by machine stand, main motor, stepless variable speed motor ,feeder, adjuster and a plane (or cone)dynamic disc and fixed disc (It can also be formed three hosts or four hosts in accordance with customer’s needs). The fine rubber powder can be grinded by this machine which size in between 40-100mesh.

Which fundamental is the adoption of the relative movement between grinding,   cutting material, milling to achieve the purpose of crushing. The use of wind, water cooling and effective control over crushed temperature, to ensure the quality of powder materials. Feeding Mechanism can adjust corresponding feeding speed base on different materials through adopted stepless variable speed motor in order to get the best yield and quality. The finished product powder can be obtain through whirlwind septarator, and the entire process without any dust emissions.
